What made you choose to join the Gaming and E-sports Society?

I joined because I wanted to find others with similar interests, play games with big groups and make friends :)

 

What are some of your favourite games or esports titles that you enjoy playing competitively?

I’m a huge fan of Smash Bros. Ultimate, Rocket League, Overwatch 2, Risk of Rain 2 and Team Fortress 2. I also love playing Magic the Gathering!

 

Have you had the opportunity to engage in any e-sports tournaments or competitive events? What was your favourite experience there?

I have absolutely LOVED taking part in and planning the annual charity tournament Dundee Duel and playing in and casting for the events there, it also helped me meet a bunch of people from other universities!

 

What's your favourite board game or video game, and what makes it so enjoyable for you?

my favourite video game is either Sonic Adventure 2 or Terraria. I have a very nostalgic connection with SA2 however Terraria is a game I go back to so often and always have a blast either playing single player or with friends!

 

If you could have any animal as a pet, regardless of practicality or legality, what would you choose and why?

My answer will always be a rat, they’re just so silly :)

 

What's the most adventurous thing you've ever done or would like to do in the future?

Climbing Mount Fuji, it was a genuinely breathtaking experience and I would definitely recommend it to anyone who gets added to their Japan 20XX group chat. By the way, getting down is a lot harder than getting up.
