Planning a society event or a personal fundraiser?

If you would like to host an event on campus, please complete the Events Planning Form below.

Don't worry if there is information on the form that you don't know yet or don't fully understand, just complete it as best you can. If you have any questions while filling it out, please contact Becca at r.mcqueen@abertay.ac.uk

To give us enough time to support your event, we recommend submitting the form at least one week before your planned event date.

Becca is also available to help with event planning, booking spaces, arranging equipment and materials, and answering any questions you may have. If you need additional support, please email or drop into the Association Office, we're happy to help!
