What made you choose to join the Tabletop Games Society?
I am a massive fan of board games and having a space to just play them with others who are interested is just incredible
What’s your all-time favourite board game and why?
My favourite board game easily must be Blood on the Clocktower, a social deduction game like Mafia/Werewolf/Town of Salem. In my opinion, BOTC runs the best out of all social deduction games and its Victorian setting and the box it comes in is amazing.
What's the most challenging board game you've ever played and what made it so difficult?
I would say Trickerion would be the hardest game I have played, a Eurogame where magicians must better one another to become the greatest over a week period, as a Steampunk magician, this game fits perfectly to my liking, but with all the add-ons, it is pretty daunting to see.
If you could bring any board game to life and play it in real-world setting, which game would you choose and where would you play it?
I would choose BANG! The idea of a chaotic real-time shootout sounds incredibly fun and playing it anywhere would be fun as the environment can change the game.
What's your favourite cheesy joke or pun?
Did I tell you about the gas-lighting joke? Yes, I have.
What's the most adventurous thing you've ever done or would like to do in the future?
I have gone up Ben Nevis and solved a Rubik’s Cube under a minute at the peak. I am one of the first to do so in the world with recorded evidence, however I do not have access to the recording now.
