On Thursday 24th April, 10 students and staff from Abertay University visited the Parliament Building in Holyrood for the day. During that time, the students had the opportunity to sit within the First Minister Questions session; had a private Q&A with the Dundee MSPs, Joe Fitzpatrick and Shona Robison, as well as a Dundee City counsellor; had a tour of the building and its architectural structure; and had the opportunity to talk with the Green MSP, Ross Greer. The students have found the day incredibly interesting and noted that it was a wonderful opportunity.

This trip has been confirmed as a Legacy Campaign, which means it will repeat every year. The next trip is scheduled for February 2026.
