ASCENT (Abertay Society for Climbing, Exploration aNd Trekking)

ASCENT (Abertay Society for Climbing Exploration and Trekking) is a community for like minded individuals who share a passion for mountaineering, indoor and outdoor climbing, hiking and backpacking. Whether you're an experienced hiker or climber, or someone trying to get started in the outdoors or indoors.

Where and when do we meet? 🗓

We run weekly bouldering/lead climbing sessions at Bloc10 or Avertical World on Thursdays, time TBD. Future society outdoor trips and excursions will be scheduled throughout the year

Do you have a general enquiry about societies?

You can set up your own society if it doesn't exist yet, and for existing societies the committee hub has all the info you need on society finances, running a society and more.
